Appartements St. Gerold

In our house we have taken the following measures:

• Mouth and nose protection upon arrival (do not shake hands and
  Hugs) and in the publicly accessible areas (house corridor - ski room)
• Keep your distance - at least 1 m (personal responsibility)
• Disinfectant dispensers at the entrances
• Hand disinfectant in the apartments

In addition, the following changes to the terms and conditions as of the Austrian hotel regulations will apply in winter 2020/2021

• No cancellation fee up to 1 month before the agreed arrival date at the latest.
• 1 month to 1 week before the agreed day of arrival 70% of the total apartment price.
• In the last week before the agreed day of arrival 90% of the total apartment price.
• If one of the following cases occurs before your arrival, there are also no costs:
  • a travel warning for our country or region is issued in your home country
  • Borders are closed
  • You are not allowed to leave the country
  • skiing is not possible
• Due to the location, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
