Additional Notes

Booking and Payment:

At time of booking, a € 200,00 to € 500,00 deposit per apartment and week has to be payed.
We accept debit cards as well as credit cards (Master, Visa).

Additional Local Tax:

Local tax per person and day - Winter 2025/2026	€ 4,20
Local tax per person and day - Summer 2026	€ 4,20
(Year 2025: Children born in 2010 and younger do not pay a local tax!)
(Year 2026: Children born in 2011 and younger do not pay a local tax!)

Additional charge for Silvretta Card Premium (Summer 2026):

Adults pro person and day	€ 7,00
Children born in 2011 till 2018	€ 3,50
Children born in 2019 and younger do not pay any additional charge!

Arrival / Departure:

Check-In from 4pm (or on request)

Check-Out until 10am

The business conditions from the Austrian hotel industry apply

Cancellation and conditions as upon the Austrian hotel regulations:

• Until 1 months the latest, in advance of the agreed arrival date no cancellation fee.
• From 3 months until 1 month in advance of the agreed arrival date, 40% from the total apartment price cancellation fee.
• From 1 months until 1 week in advance of the agreed arrival date, 70% from the total apartment price cancellation fee.
• Within the last week in advance of the agreed arrival date, 90% from the total apartment price cancellation fee.

Free cancellation is possible in the following cases:

• a travel warning for our country or region is issued in your home country
• Borders are closed
• You are not allowed to leave the country
• skiing is not possible

Payment

You can conveniently pay on-site in cash or by card.
We kindly ask our guests, if possible, to settle the bill the day before departure.
